The Story

Bismillah. My name is Syed Shahrukh Raza, and I am a builder at heart. Creating somethign out of nothing that can potentially change the lives of so many people pushes me to be better at my craft, every single day. For me, that is Software. My products and work are the outer manifestation of my passion for this field.

Starting just when I was 12 years old, tinkering with UCCW skins and making simple apps, I've built numerous products ranging from a real-time Arabic AI voice tutor, to a meat delivery system for one of the oldest directory sites dating back to 1998. I've touched every part of the stack and this altest trend of LLMs has me completely hooked. The possibilties are endless and the world is lagging behind by at least 5 years.

My exepertise lies in understanding the problem from first principles and then applying the right tools to complete the job in a timely manner. I've created complex websites, beautiful mobile applications, robust registration systems, and more. It's through my experience that I'm able to mix the technical with the business side of things and get to the root of the problem.

When I'm not coding, I'm either chilling with my wife, friends, or family. I love basketball but play it here and there; the Bulls are sadly my favorite team. I absolutely love to read, whether it be history, phsyics, or a good fiction book. I was once addicted to chess, playing for hours on end (straight!) but also down for a good game.
